The Grand County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is dedicated to enhancing public safety through emergency management and homeland security programs — to mitigate, prepare, respond, and recover from emergencies and disasters. Communication is key in preparedness and we strive to keep the community and visitors of Grand County informed and updated.
Grand County OEM works closely with the State of Colorado Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and is a member of the Northwest All-Hazards Region for Emergency Planning.
